Grandmothers blanket is drawing using pencils, pastels, and gouache. This piece represents my Grandmother. When my grandmother passed, my mother gave me her blanket. She was the matriarch of our family, like the corn, the main staple that held us together and nurchured us. She taught us to be proud of our heritage and believe in our selves . She is encircled by the four directions . And from east to west the red road is in rainbow colors because her life was beautiful and everlasting.  Item # 2 Price $900.00   18in. W x 24 in. H

Grandmothers Comfort - 26 x 32 in.   Pastels and pencils on paper. She is the Universe - We are her grandchildren - Sometimes only Grandma understands and it's OK to reach for the Moon !  Item # 3  ( This painting has won several awards including 2nd place @ the Indiginous Peoples Art market and Honorable mention @ the Cahokia Mounds Indian Art Market.)

Women in the Rocks - 26 x 32  Pencils, pastels and gouache on paper.  Taken from a phots of the upper and lowere falls of the Yellowstone River. To me it shows the strength of women connected to Mother Earth and the life bearing waters  which are her veins. item #4 price- $2000.00

The Life Bearers- 32 x 26 in.   Pencils, pastels on paper- When a child is born into this life he or she is surrounded by the four elements bearing their gifts from the four directions, with mother and mid-wife making sure all is well.   item # 5
