	Apothecary Jar - CarumCarum was an aromatic extract from Carum carvi (commonly known as caraway), used medicinally as a flavoring agent and carminative. This jar is handpainted using underglazes on porcelain. The design is consistent with those found on 19th century apothecary jars.
